💫 When You Open Your Heart, the Universe Listens

When you stop gripping so tightly to the “how,” you make space for the magic of “what is.”

This past week has been one of those beautiful reminders that when you release control and open your heart, the universe steps in — sometimes in whispers, sometimes in waves.

I’ve experienced so many moments of alignment lately — giving a presentation that touched a soul, deepening a connection that feels divinely timed, welcoming a new yoga student who left feeling lighter, and even waking to a new coaching client. Each one, in its own way, felt like a gentle nudge from the universe saying, “See? You’re right where you’re meant to be.”

Each night, when the moon hangs above me, I send my thoughts skyward — to loved ones, mentors, and guides who’ve shaped my path. I ask for clarity, for courage, for openness. When the stars appear, I choose one and make a wish.

Lately, those wishes have been simple yet profound:

💫 to keep an open mind

💫 to keep an open heart

💫 to stay open to true connections

💫 to release fear

💫 to live aligned with my North Star

💫 to experience unconditional love

Wouldn’t you know — the universe has been listening.

I’ve learned that when we ask for something specific, we sometimes build walls around the possibility of what could be. We picture one exact form of happiness or success, and when it doesn’t appear exactly as imagined, we think it hasn’t come at all. The truth? The universe provides in abundance — it’s our awareness that determines what we receive.

If I wasn’t in the practice of grounding, meditating, and creating quiet space to reflect, I may have missed these gifts entirely. The presentation, the conversation, the client, the connection — they’re all answers to my wishes, just wrapped in unexpected forms.

As we move into November, a season where gratitude naturally comes to the forefront, I encourage you to look beyond the obvious blessings. Pause long enough to notice the subtle ones — the ones that show up disguised as timing, alignment, or peace.

Gratitude isn’t just about saying “thank you” for what’s here. It’s about trusting that what’s meant for you is already on its way, and that sometimes, it’s arriving right now — if you slow down enough to see it.

✨ Weekly Affirmation: I trust that what is meant for me will find its way to me, and I remain open to receive in all forms.

If you’re ready to quiet the noise, find your alignment, and open your heart to what’s waiting for you — let’s connect and co-create the next step on your intentional journey.
