For me, this week has felt expansive, warm, and deeply affirming. The sunshine outside mirrors what has been happening within me; a sense of flow, gratitude, and emotional presence. Another chakra workshop unfolded exactly as it was meant to, my heart felt full connecting with my children, and I intentionally took time for self-care that allowed my body to speak and be heard. When we slow down enough to listen, our bodies tell the truth gently, clearly, and without judgment.
This past week, my personal focus has been on the right to feel.
For many of us, feeling did not feel safe growing up. I was raised to override my body, dismiss my emotions, and do what was “right,” “expected,” or “appropriate.” Somewhere along the way, I learned to silence the whispers of my inner world. It took time, real and intentional time to relearn how to listen. To recognize emotions as they surfaced, notice where they lived in my body, and give myself permission to name them out loud. Feeling became an act of courage.
This work aligns deeply with my core values of authenticity, self-trust, and intentional living. Honoring the right to feel means acknowledging that emotions are not weaknesses to suppress or problems to fix; they are information. They are guides. When we allow ourselves to feel without judgment, we reclaim creativity, pleasure, intuition, and connection. We soften. We open. We come home to ourselves.
Intentional living in this space looks like slowing down long enough to notice what your body is telling you. It is learning the language of sensation and emotion. It is allowing joy without guilt, sadness without shame, and curiosity without fear. When we honor our feelings, we stop living on autopilot and start living in relationship with ourselves.
As your accountability partner, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can safely explore what you are feeling and how those feelings show up in your body and your life. Together, we practice listening, naming, and honoring emotions so they no longer need to shout or hide. Over time, this awareness becomes something you carry with confidence, clarity, and trust.
If you’re sensing that it’s time to reconnect with your emotional world, to feel more, not less, then I invite you to reach out. This work is tender, powerful, and deeply life-giving.
Affirmation:
I allow myself to feel fully. My emotions are safe, valid, and worthy of being heard.
With intention,
Natalie 🦋
